If your child is having trouble sleeping through the night and you are having trouble with it as well, then it may be time for you to apply a “method” or theory to help your child learn to sleep on their own and through the night. There are many different methods and theories available, and one is not right for everyone. Just as children are all different, and families are all different, you may need a different approach.
